Description
Master Of Orion (Load 13_0); The Angry Galaxy (Tough/Normal). This mod makes the races more fickle and harder to keep happy and friendly. Technology advances faster. There are "Taxes" and the Pirates are tougher. There is a "Boss" to replace the Antarian Fleet; can you defeat it? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Details: In this mod you will need to give the other races more technology and money keep them friendly. They get jealous quick if a player is colonizing more planets faster than everybody else. The other races will become less friendly toward which ever race is winning. Gifts, Trade, Technology, and Diplomacy deals will improve relationships far better than normal. Colony ships are less expensive and have a new engine add-on. Technology rewards are much higher, very expensive, but short term.

This Angry Galaxy Mod (13_0, either Regular or Lite)

What This Mod Does:

1. The race relationship improves greatly from new trade deals, technology deals, and diplomatic deals (non-aggression pacts, alliances, open boarders). Trade deals last 20 turns and technology deals last 5 turns. The cost for doing technology deals is very expensive but produces great rewards! You will need to be VERY careful which races you make technology deals! Trade deals are inexpensive, don't yield many credits, but greatly improve race relationships.

2. Regular and Advanced Colony ships cost less.

3. The races receive lower multipliers on their economic earnings each turn. They have been given greater desire to buy things with cash rather than wait for normal construction to happen.

4. The AI attributes were adjusted to make the AI more demanding for loyalty; short tempered when betrayed in the slightest.

5. Pirates are more active and numerous. The Pirates carry biological bombs. The Pirate frigate is stronger in hit-point defense. They carry more weapons as well.

6. The Orion Gaurdian has more hit points and room for weapons.

7. The Galactic Currency Exchange taxes your empire to reduce the money supply and increase the need to build ships rather than buy them instantly.

8. There is a tough "Boss" which replaces the Antarian Fleet. You need an attack of about 100,000. The Hull Defense is 30,000 in Angry Galaxy Hardest (this mod) and 25,000 in Normal Angry Galaxy. There isn't a Boss in Angry Galaxy Lite.
