This is a guide to uncap your FPS and get better visuals for Nvidia users with 3 steps.

Step 1 - Open your Nvidia control panel
Step 2 Nvidia control panel settings
Under the second option of 3D settings, click "Manage 3D settings." You should now see your 3D settings page on the right side. Click "Program Settings,"  then to the right of "Select a program to customize," select the "Add" option. Then go to the browser icon and find your Lost Song EXE and open it. Now click "Add Selected Program."

Step 3 Visuals&FPS
Image Scaling - On the first option called "Image Scaling," click "Use global setting" to open a drop-down menu. Then click "On (GPU Scaling and Sharpening)," then click "OK. Now click Apply.

Anisotropic Filtering - Click "global setting (application-controlled)" and set the number to 16x and click apply.

Anti-aliasing (Optional) - These options are personal preference but if you want smoother edges around the textures than set Anti-aliasing - FXAA to On.

Low Latency Mode - Make sure this option is set to ultra for best latency.

Uncapping Frame rate - Click "global setting (off)" and click on and set the number to 1000 to uncap your frames.

Preferred refresh rate - Select the Highest Available option.

Texture filtering - Under "Texture Filtering - Quality" Select the high quality option, then click Apply.

Turning off vertical sync - Next to the Vertical Sync option, set it to off. Click apply.

doesnt low latency mode just add input lag? its the most useless option ive seen yet in any case.
