Zombie Fixes from Black Mesa: Blue Shift

Material and model fixes to the zombie scientist and guard that were previously implemented in Black Mesa: Blue Shift.

Texture colors for these zombie types are now consistent with their human counterparts, and the guard's pistol has the correct material applied. Materials have been edited to be less glossy outside of the blood-covered areas.

Some changes to the zombie scientist texture were contributed by Pyromaniax which were originally part of their Zombie Scientist Consistency Fixes addon.
