Hello Soldier!

Like you i was stuck in silver rank 2-3 ! now im gold nova master and I have achieved this in 12 weeks. Please sit tight as this is not just a guide but a fully described training plan to start you off. Please comment your progression as i would love to cheer for your success with you.

• Your set up/ Internet / fps
  
  Please ensure your game is setup correctly for this, most pros use 4:3 resolution for a reason, Enemies become easier targers as everything is wider. due to smaller FOV you can score that headshot in matter of MS.
  
  My recomended setup is below:
  
  
• Aspect Ratio - 4:3
  
• Screen Res - 1280x960
  
• Try to set your graphic settings to lower to increase fps
  
• Mouse Sensitivity: Lower DPI is the way along with mouse acceleration turned off. my current sens is 1.55 but you will find what works for you.
  
  Launch options - Right click on game in your steam library menu and select properties.
  
  
• Paste this into your launch options: -tickrate 128 +fps_max 0 -novid -nojoy -fullscreen -r_emulate_gl -limitvsconst -forcenovsync -softparticlesdefaultoff +mat_queue_mode 2 +r_dynamic 0
  
  these will give you an fps boost.

  Once you done everything and you feel comfortable with the mechanics lets go to my training plan.
  
  First few simple rules.
  
  * Most important - stop playing with randoms, make some skilled friends fast and play matches as a group
  * Get enough rest and sleep, CS is a tactical game and is psycholicaly demanding - ensure you are well rested.
  * Dont give up! be a good sport. say things like nice shot, nt, gg to boost your teams performance!
  * Unfortunately if you want to leave silver, you have to ditch your silver friends. Sad reality check.
  * STOP PLAYING DUST II !!!
  
  Training: Ensure below training is completed before entering warm up or any match.
  
  1. Aim
  
  Ensure your aim is getting better - Headshots on pistol rounds is the way to go!
  Train 45 min a day on maps below for the first 2 weeks change that to 30 on week 3.

  2. Spray Control
  
  Once you see more headshots in the game add some recoil practice for at least 10 minutes: Ensure you start with AK47 and M4 rifles!

  Map Knowledge -
  
  No more dust 2 for you ! increase your map knowlegde. Good maps to learn are maps like:
  * I have added links to all Smoke/flash/molly/peek and defence trainings you need to master! ensure you do 1 of these a day for 20min

  Once you mastered your smokes, popflashes and mollies is time to mix things up!
  
  Movement:
  
  CSGO Mechanics are very hard to master - learn walk correctly before you bunny hop~!
  
  - After 5 weeks of training you should remember most angles and grenades from above maps! start playing using these from day 1!
  
  Now its time for jumps, best jumps to start of with are on Mirage!

• Jungle to Vent
  
• Window To short - Requires beginner level of strafing! this is where bunny begins!
  
  
  Selfboosts:
  In CS there are plenty of self boosts - there are plenty of youtube tutorials which will show you in video how to do these such as below:
