The patch should still work in the new version, it's a one file patch that just flipping scripted trigger so I didn't update it. I'll change it to version independent soon for clarity

No, unfortunately. The game is code in the way that if randomised is disabled it will also block player custom empire too. With the exception of stuff that spawn later by events.

I tried to find the solution but can't find anything. I'm sorry about that.

Can my (Force Spawned) Custom gigacolle empires still spawn with this mod?
