Fiesta is a great game but it also lacks many features and minor things you'd expect from an MMO. One of those things is enough quests. While this was intentionall since Fiesta is a korean MMO it can still be iritating for the more western gamer.

To work around this you will have to plan your leveling. This is done by doing repeatable quest for as long as they are available and do the normal quests (that usually give more xp) for those levels with no available repeatable quests.
