Teleporting is quite easy, and it involves using the leaning mechanic of the game.

So what you do is when you're just about to get caught by the neighbor, hold any lean key which is Z or C now wait for yourself to respawn in your house, once you are then let go of the lean keys and you will be teleported to where you were last caught by the neighbor.
