Enough of hearing "Despair ahead"? Screwed up levelling your stats mid game? Want to become a giant, like the dad in the stories from the old books stored in the archives?

Then look no further. Just follow this guide, and you will turn your fat rolling sack of an undead into a quality build PvP master.
Be wary of a better life
Time to git fit! Stay true to this guide if you want to rank up properly in the Warrior of Sunlight covenant.

  • Died? In the name of the First Born, punish thyself by doing 5 sit-ups.

  • Died in a bossfight? Prove yourself worthy to fight again by doing 5 push-ups along with step 1.

  • Died of natural causes such as falling? Punish your foolishness by planking for 30 seconds. Repeat step 1.

  • Failed to retrieve your souls after dying? Do 10 jumping jacks along with step 1 for much deserved punishment. The First Born is disappointed.

  • For every NG+ double each step.


Complete these steps to git fit and level up your Vitality, Strength and Endurance.
Let there be quagmire
Getting cocky are we? You think you are fit. You think you got gud. Well prepare to git fitter.

  • If you die to a flying enemy, do 20 leg lifts. Welcome to hell.
  • Died in FPSTown? Do 10 leg climbers and repeat step 1. (Good luck there lol)
  • Died to curse, poison, or bleeding? Do a superman for 30 seconds and repeat step 1.
  • Died on the bridge with that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ drake? First of all, lmao, second of all, time to do 10 jumping jacks.
  • Decided to rest at a bonfire? Hydrate yourself and repeat step 1. This is what actual resting is.
  • Fighting Gwyn? Awesome. When you (inevitably) die,
    • If you've sided with Frampt, do a push-up and a sit-up.
    • If you've sided with Kaathe, plank for 30 seconds and do 2 half crunches.
    • If you've placed the Lord Vessel yourself, that's very disrespectful, and very unfortunate. For you, that is. Do 2 push-ups and 2 half crunches, along with 2 jumping jacks. Veeeeeeeeeery unfortunate.
    • For each death double them up, end remember the first step.
  • For each NG+ double the steps as punishment for coming back.
Time for caution
It´s extremely important to eat after your git fit session. It's even more important to eat healthy food after your session.

Also, do not do this session every day. For better growth, let your muscles regenerate. Do this once every 2-3 days.

And, most importantly, DO NOT PUSH YOURSELF TOO MUCH. Do not kill your muscles. Stop exercising if you are feeling too tired. Just don't forget to continue doing it. Exercising for half an hour is not going hollow, but quitting it entirely is.
