!!! THIS MOD MAY NOT WORK CORRECTLY FOR EU-TRUCKS BECAUSE OF THE CABIN MOVEMENT !!!


THIS MOD IS NOT FOR ARCADE-RACERS !

This mod was originally only intended for myself and a small community. Since my mod is probably popular there, it ends up here in the workshop after all.
Please always remember that my personal taste has flowed into it and I cannot please everyone. Technically it's the same mod I made for ETS2.

You can find the link of the ETS2 version down below!



List of things this mod changes:

- Steering sensivity multipliers (only for gamepad steering)
- Changed front wheel steering to 46°
- Brake curve and brake torque factor
- Brake temperatures
- Cabin suspension travel and damping factors
- Cabin weight increased to 1100kg
- Reworked truck suspension
- Engine and clutch viscosity values
- Interior camera movement



--- Installation and Infos:
Subscribe it and set the mod to a high priority in your mod manager.
The settings on the screenshot are my personal ones and they are just an example

DIESE MOD IST NICHT FÜR ARCADE-RACER GEDACHT !

Diese Mod war ursprünglich nur für mich selbst und einer kleinen Community gedacht. Da meine Mod dort aber wohl beliebt ist, landet sie nun doch auch hier im Workshop.
Bitte denkt immer daran das mein persönlicher Geschmack dort mit eingeflossen ist und ich nicht jeden zufriedenstellen kann. Technisch gesehen ist es dieselbe Mod die ich für den ETS2 gemacht habe.

Liste der Dinge, die diese Mod ändert:

- Lenkempfindlichkeitsmultiplikatoren (nur für Gamepad-Lenkung)
- Vorderradlenkung auf 46° geändert
- Bremskurve und Bremsmomentfaktor
- Bremstemperaturen
- Federweg und Dämpfungsfaktoren der Kabine
- Kabinengewicht auf 1100 kg erhöht
- LKW-Federung überarbeitet
- Viskositätswerte für Motor und Kupplung
- Kamerabewegung im Innenraum

Abonniert den Mod und setzt die Priorität in eurem Mod-Manager auf „hoch“.
Die Einstellungen im Screenshot sind meine persönlichen und dienen nur als Beispiel.

maxx2504 yeah it’s really crappy what they did and they just ignore it. I posted a bug report on the scs forum and they locked it. I went back to bullet and for anyone wondering, you’re mod still works great with bullet.

I changed the screenshot of my personal ingame settings for the physics and interior camera. This is NOT recommended and just an example.
You can use any settings you want...the mod works one way or another.

cmw3289 Short answer: No. It also pisses me of what SCS is doing. That must be fixed by them internally. If anybody has an idea for that...let me know. I can't fix that just with the phyics file.

Thanks maxx! Were you able to correct the backwards physics issue where SCS incorrectly has the passenger side torquing downward in reverse as well as them incorrectly not torquing the driver side up on acceleration? SCS kills me with the way they piss poorly overlook simple things like this and crudely implement this new PhysX.

Info for the next Update:

I will adjust the cab movement for the next version 1.30 only for US trucks, since SCS decided to introduce cab roll for trucks like the Peterbilt with version 1.54. This isn't entirely realistic in my opinion. Therefore, I'll have to correct it in the physics and EU trucks will no longer have any cab roll in ATS. As you may know...the physics file are for all trucks.

You can still use EU trucks, but expect some difficulties or some strange cab behaviour.

I will open a feedback discussion after i released the v1.30.

@cmw3289 It looks like the cabs of the US trucks now also have a sideways roll motion. I'm currently working on changing the physics a bit so that it works for both simulations. I don't like what SCS did there...
