A custom knife that's unlockable after completing the Revolution Wind-Up Challenge in Resident Evil 4 Remake. Known simply as the "Primal Knife" in-game. It's also Leon S. Kennedy's custom knife model from the original RE4 game.

A custom knife forged for use as a backup weapon.
