1. Disable Steam Guard and any 2 FA associated with your steam account.

2. Politely ask your friends or teammates to REPORT you. using the following command [bind k "Report 4 report?"].

3. Abandon every ranked match you play.

4. "Accidentally" kill your teammates AT LEAST 2 times a game.

6. Report every player in your ranked matches.

7. Try to VOTE-KICK your teammates or kindly ask to be VOTE-KICKED.

8. Always play solo, never invite ANYONE to be your friend or accept any friend requests.

Do all of these steps to make sure you never match up against kind, legitimate and good players in your cs-go matches. (don't do it)
