influence+++ (compatible)

Influence+++ but compatible with other mods (finally.) Thanks to the way Stellaris works, 2 mods that change the same buildings can never work together.

Because of that i made this mod that tries to make it possible to work with others: instead of changing a building, it makes a new one.

I originally wanted the building to be buildable only once per planet, but it seems as if buildings that are one-time build are not upgradeable.

The mod only works if your game is in english, other languages come soon.

I had no idea what the buildings names should be because this mod was born out of necessity so i used media as a concept also if any of my descriptions or general writing and naming is wierd. Im sorry but english is not my first language.
