The car you need
A car with a trunk is needed. Car 04 is the car I tested this on and this is what it looks like. Can find one or spawn it in with the dev commands.

Remove the tires (optional)
Remove the tires for what seems like better control of the car. Tune into a good song on the radio and open up the gas tank, oil tank, and coolant tank if ya want to

Release the handbrake and position yourself in the trunk somewhat like this
This prevents you from flying out of the car and works better than replacing the engine with yourself and doing it flintstones style.

Enter orbit
The vehicle is pretty easy to control and you can hit some air if you go fast enough. Spamming the jump button seems to help with getting air.

You can also do this with a bus
When entering the bus, sprint into the chairs with the handbrake down and exceed 120 MPH on the bus' speedometer

Tips for better experience
-Turn on god mode so you don't instantly get killed.

-Unlike the strat of doing this inside the car, this controls poorly off road and you can often get stuck.

-You must be the host to do this in multiplayer
