Added 6 new technologies!

Description
A rework of the end-game repeatables system, known as "Sustainables".

Like repeatables, they are an infinite and cost-evergrowing technology, able to be repeated over and over. However, unlike repeatables which provide permanent, small stat boosts...

Sustainables provide five year, powerful buffs to aspects of your empire. Economy, population, diplomacy, economy and technology are all possible options for you to grow further and specialize your domain. (Including research options that can allow you to increase other technology tree generation, and provide large amounts of research to the dedicated tree.)

The research values start at 20000, and increase by 2500 per level. (Contrary to the outdated screenshots, I just had very high empire sprawl and this was before I changed the values to the current ones.)

The thought process is to encourage some level of thought and gives an incentive and excitement to every hand you're given. It provide a 'playing your cards right' mind-set and by such a luck of the draw.

While, I'm doubtful it's perfect and may have some odd bugs or require some balance/improvement changes, my hope is that it will provide a far more interesting end-game, as it has for me.

NEW IN 0.3:
Additionally, to balance Fallen Empires out, they now recieve a massive bonus of multiple modifiers and a massive boost to research, some months after awakening. Allowing them to actually be able to research and keep up with the player. Decadence will cause this boost to be reduced.

Further Thoughts
As adoring as I am of this game. one of my biggest gripes with Stellaris since I managed to claw my way to the endgame and live to tell the tale is how boring technology gets.

Instead of continuing to innovate the game, the endless technology system, the repeatable technologies, often becomes a boring, uninteresting drag that's best left being auto-researched. Not to mention a rather broken system, that eventually causes disruptors, a low damage penetration weapon to become more effective than other alternatives, in every situation.

Compatibility and Load Order
The mod edits the following files/modifers/etc.
- common\technology\00_eng_tech_repeatable.txt
- common\technology\00_phys_tech_repeatable.txt
- common\technology\00_soc_tech_repeatable.txt
- Empire Modifier: 'awakened_empire_decadence'

Any other mods that edit these files will need a patch for mine. This mod should be low in the load order, so it is not overwritten.

Please refer to the 'List of Modifiers' discussion below, for further details of all of the techs added by the mod.

No DLC -should- be required, however, take such with a grain of salt as I keep every DLC enabled at all times.

Please report any bugs or suggestions to the appropriate topic, so that I can keep track of things easier, if you can. I will try to respond to them when I can.

Many mod incompatibilities I -will- not solve. So do not report them, unless it's relating to an improvement I can make. Please make your own patches and upload them to the workshop for others.

I'll probably be touching this up soon, bringing it up to 3.12, and accommodating anything new. I just need to retrieve my templates off my old PC.

I do think making some form of edict options menu could be neat, specifically one to allow certain limited repeatables back in, like the command limit and fleet capacity.

We shall see, I'm a tad lazy, but I'm interested in the game again.

First, this mod is great and definitely makes end game tech more interesting than repeatables. However, do you think you could add the limited repeatables back in? The one I was looking for specifically was the command limit one, since I like to have my fleets at 200.

I'd imagine it's from More Lithoid Colors, but here I'm using Colourful and Dimorphism Pack which includes it.

It has nothing to do with the mod, but what mod is that aspect of the lithoid from? It looks incredible
