Turbine Intersection

Opis
It's not an interchange. It's an intersection.

It's for when you screw up so bad you need a turbine interchange in the space of an intersection.

The entire thing fits in a 20x20 unit space.

Don't forget to configure TMPE flow.
It helps to create dedicated right turn lanes and allow cars to enter occupied intersections.
Make sure to disable left turns.

with Cities Skylines II, I'm making my own interchanges, learning from some of the best in Cities Skylines (the traffic AI is different, but the concepts are similar).

I thought you should know, your intersection (also one of my favorites) is there! or, more accurately, here
