On July 7, 1993, President Clinton returns early from a G7 Summit in Tokyo after an internal brief concerning an outbreak of an unknown illness in Knox County, KY. The President is given an extensive brief, and begins the arduous process of constant contact with the US Army, CDC, and FEMA to quell the virus and restore order to the county.

After much deliberation, and evidence of the virus continuing to spread despite their best efforts, the president signs and enacts Executive Directive 51—formally activating the Strategic Homeland Division, an organization of highly skilled agents charged with restoring order.

You are one of those Agents.

You must save what remains.

Make sure to activate the mod in the menu and restart the game before changes can be noticed.
