Completed in 1929, 205 West Wacker is a 23-storey Art Deco building located on Wacker Drive in the West Loop, Chicago.

The office tower once known as the Engineering Building at Wacker Drive and Wells Street was designed by the Burnham Brothers architecture firm. The Burnham brothers, the sons of Daniel Burnham and prominent architects in their own right, are better known for the Carbide & Carbon Building at 230 N. Michigan Ave., which is now a Hard Rock hotel.

Wacker Drive is a major multilevel street in Chicago, Illinois, running along the south side of the main branch and the east side of the south branch of the Chicago River in the Loop. The vast majority of the street is double-decked; the upper level intended for local traffic, and the lower level for through-traffic and trucks serving buildings on the road (and originally a dock). It is sometimes cited as a precursor to the modern freeway, though when it was built the idea was that pleasure vehicles would use the upper level.

If you want to remove the signage all you have to do is rename the plopped building in game. To get them back just delete the custom name.

Included with this asset is RICO compatibility which allows the building to function as a large office. If you subscribe to the Ploppable Rico Revisited mod this asset will appear in the RICO 'Offices' tab.

I've tried to make this asset as realistic as possible and therefore the geometry tri count is high and the textures large. All of the texture elements have been created specifically for this asset in order for full control over the final look.
