Of course we all love the long hair drip but combat without a helmet is often very short lived and I felt it's very unrealistic to have Mercenaries without helmets protecting their most vulnerable body part, at least any experienced ones.

Also I gave them a bit better crossbows, to be at least in line with other crossbow troops.
