Now you are no longer required to abandon your capital as a recruiting center in the pursuit of optimal land unit stats offered by provinces with a blacksmith region resource.
This mod adds a building that improves unit accuracy.

Only buildable in your faction's capital province, the Western Arms Factory requires the technology Western Agenda and upgrades from a normal factory in the industry building tree. Comes at the cost of a public order hit due to modernization, the consumption of a town slot (obviously), and a 40% local recruitment cost increase - this also applies to ships recruited from your capital's port so keep that in mind.
(The building is visually modeled after the Cotton Processing Plant)


Seems to be save-game compatible.
