1st step

Don't run it can attack you and make you stuck, Instead go to you're console by pressing ~ and writing noclip in the console.

2nd step

If you have a gun/pistol you can shoot at it t make it less powerfull.

3rd step

To counter the "Scary Fence" you can use the physics gun or a nuclear bomb.

Conclusion

Theres a rare chance to see the fence but if you see it remember the 3 steps.

- Use noclip.
- Use weapons.
- Counter it with a physics gun.

instructions unclear i ended up starting ww4 by launching fences out of stolen nazi warplanes from ww1 with the fence giving 2048 confirmed kills and 204 unconfirmed kills with 500 soldiers lost in the war with half of them being the planes crashing / exploding or the fences killing the own dam planes
