UI Skin Manager

Thanks to Maks1mDiamond for help with fixing the error introduced by a Garry's Mod update!

UI Skin Manager is lightweight, simple addon that allows you to change the UI skin "on the fly", no restart needed. It also allows user to customize the skin and save the changes as a preset!

While in game press "C", just like you'd do to change the player model. Click the UI Skin Manager icon.
To change the skin just select one from the list of installed UI skins and click it. It is as simple as that! No restart needed.

To create new preset select some of the available properties by clicking green "+" button. The property will be added to current preset. To remove the property click the red "-" button. Once the property is added you can change the color / value by either clicking the color button or the text field.
To apply the preset press "Apply", changes will be applied and a preset will be temporarily saved as "Unsaved preset". To save it, so it stays between game restarts input a skin name in a text field and press "Save".
Presets are saved as a "<name>.txt" files in garrysmod/data/uiskinmgr/presets directory. You can edit them with your prefered text editor and load the changes by pressing "Reload skins from disk" button.

- Can I have multiple skins installed?
- Yes, this is the main purpose of this addon - to remove conflicts between skins and allow user to switch them at runtime

- Does it work with all skins?
- I've tested it with few more popular UI skins and it works.

- Are presets skin-specific or I can have one preset that works on every skin?
- Presets ARE NOT skin-specific, you can apply them to any skin, but be wary that some properties ARE skin-specific and they will work only on one specific skin, however majority of properties will work on every skin.

- I've deleted my preset!!! I've worked on it for hours!!!!!!!
- No worries, when you delete a preset it does not disappear, it gets moved to uiskinmgr/presets/trash directory, just move it back to presets and you're done!

- "Couldn't load skin defaults, please reload the map", this addon is a crap!
- You must have been very unlucky. This error occurs when the skin manager's backend script gets reloaded. This causes it to loose the skin default parameters and it's fatal. You need to restart the map, sorry for that, that wasn't my fault :/

- Does this addon change the skin for all the players?
- No, it only affects your game, everyone else can set their UI skin on their own
