You need 10 Acid bottle
or

Max out Fat stat


Cooked Meat and Cooked Bug Meat are the best option for gaining your fat level up
Fish - meat
Deer - meat
Badger - meat
Human enemies - meat
Flies - Bug meat
Cockroach - Bug Meat
Cricket - Bug Meat

Once you have either Meat or Bug Meat you can play on a Fire Barrel or Campfire
Campfire = 3 Wood
Fire Barrel = 15 Coal / 5 Metal Sheets / 5 Wire / 5 Soil

!!Eating Meat and Bug Meat will damage the players health!!

Best area to loot is around where you crash your car, there is plenty of nearby houses to loot. I refresh the containers, go back to the first house and save your game and then load back into the world.

What's one more

When attempting this achievement make sure you are well stocked of food and ammo.
The best method i found to getting a large kill count is to place a basin at the broken bridge (picture Coming soon). Once you have made your way there and have placed the basin, simply kill the enemies (which around 8+), load the game and do the whole press over again.
Hazards
Just the morning mist
Increase the hazardous fog 10%

Something's wrong
Increase the hazardous fog 50%

Doomsday
Increase the hazardous fog 100%


Fastest and easiest way to get these achievement is to press and hold Q. This will allow the player to pee freely onto the ground even when bladder is full. Not that when attempting these achievements hordes of enemies will begin to warm your location.

Method 1
If you wish to be safe about gaining this achievement find a tent that spawns random in the woods and pee in there.

Method 2
Turn building destruction off, block yourself in a room and pee on the floor

protein bars are the highest fat content. raw meats deplete health and thirst.

Was mostly listing the hidden achievements as most other players had the main achievements. Updates to the guide coming soon, working on urge map guide. just taken a little break. Thank you for the feedback

"urge to eat" you find at the truck depot, right next to the shovel.
