To change the arms into blades, you need to right-click the "gossharag(whatever number it is)" folder in animation set editor. Then you go to "Set Body Groups", and scroll down to "IceWepL (or R, depends on which arm you want it on). You can change it to either the ice club, the broken ice club, the ice blade, or the broken ice blade.
