Compact L4D1 HUD

Beskrivning
Another annoying hud variation, nah just kidding but maybe it is?

Well, not much to say, it's a centered, reduced, improved hud and compatible with custom survivors. The 4th teammate panel has been disabled to avoid conflict with the chat box.

Inspired by The Thug Shaker HUD.

not likely, i've distanced myself from hud edits because the more unique edits i see the more i feel like i'm repeating the same thing
