The Tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise.

I thought not. It's not a story the Jedi would tell you. It's a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midichlorians to create life... He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful... the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. It's ironic he could save others from death, but not himself.

Ah, yes, the tragic tale of Starscream the Ambitious. It’s not a story Megatron would ever tell you. It’s a Decepticon legend. Starscream was a warrior so cunning, so brilliant, and so completely misunderstood that he could manipulate Energon to fuel the grandest of schemes. He had such an unparalleled intellect that he could even create scenarios where he would finally lead the Decepticons to victory. The Decepticon cause, after all, deserved a ruler of true genius.

He became so powerful, the only thing he feared was being overshadowed by that archaic tin-can, Megatron—which, of course, happened constantly. Tragically, Starscream’s plans were always foiled, not because they lacked brilliance, but because others lacked the capacity to comprehend his greatness. And so, he found himself betrayed, overthrown, or obliterated time and time again.

Wish they would have just linked this whole speech about Darth Plagueis in Ep 7, 8, 9. Makes more sense as you how Palpatine might have survived. Instead we get studies of Grogu and Bad Batch story lines about studying clones, and trying to create a Clone with high enough "M-counts".
