General features:

*Does not take damage.
*Items can only be summoned.
*Free placement.
*Can be placed anywhere in the Ocean.
*Can build on top.
*Structure linked to who placed it, giving the server administrator freedom to enter and leave companies.
* Ships can anchor around it.
*ships when anchored in the dock space receive armor protection (requires a single gold coin to activate for the first time).

The mod comes with a bed that also does not receive damage and that is also linked to the person who placed it.

I believe with this mod to improve server management and its quadrants.

Based on the video, its a lot smaller than I was expecting. Is it possible to summon more than one to create a mini cluster of islands ,or perhaps increase the size of the island?

Suggestion accepted, need to review this situation and other situations, and add new admin structures, thanks for the suggestion.

If I could suggest one change.. make the demolish feature take a bit longer.. I accidently destroyed my island and everything on it tonight while trying to demo a storage box.. my fault entirely.. was tired and not paying attention, but if there could be a "slow demo" of it.. might warn people that they are about to do something stupid.. like me :)
