Introduction
In this guide I'll put the timetable of all passenger trains on display. Freight trains are not included. Can be very helpful if you want to explore this bit of the Midland Main Line as a passenger.
UPDATE: The timetable has been updated to include the Meridian services (operated as HST though) and 158 trains.

In the recent update, some problems of being a passenger have been fixed. You can now take a seat on board of class 43 HST trains again. I didnt test it for the Mk2 cars though. Once I did, it will be noted down here. You can at least take a seat on board of the festive Jubilee trains.

Before the recent update, there were a lot of missing services, mostly due to a lack of rolling stock. IC trains between London and Sheffield via Derby were limited as class 222 Meridian are not available. These services have now been added but they operate as HST trains. Since the last update, the regional service between Leicester and Lincoln via Nottingham has been extended to one train per hour.

You won't see many trains going towards Worksop, Skegness or Crewe. Furthermore there are no CrossCountry services at all.
Leicester - Derby or Nottingham
Services that go between Nottingham and Derby are listed in grey. Check out the "Derby - Nottingham and back" list down below to get a better view of these.

Nottingham or Derby - Leicester
Again, services that go between Nottingham and Derby are listed in grey.

Most and least used stations
With the timetable being done, let's see what station is the most served one first. This is easily Leicester with pretty much every train that doesn't just go between Derby and Nottingham calling here.

The three stations Syston, Sileby and Barrow-upon-Soar go as the least used ones with roughly one departure per hour and direction. And that is already an improvement compared to the original release timetable that only had one train every four hours have enough mercy to pick up the lost and forgotten passengers there.
Conclusion
The recent update fixes a lot of the problems on this route such as missing services and the player being unabole to take a seat in a class 43 HST. In fact the patch log is extremely long which leads me to the conclusion that the release of Midland Main Line was rushed. Please Dovetail Games and others, take your time to get the DLCs right before you publish them. It helps absolutely no one to release a DLC full of glitches. Guess everyone understands if the project needs a few extra weeks before being finished.
