Europe Traffic mod V 2.0

This mod hides some american models from the vanilla AI traffic. Also changes some appearence years for some models for a accurate traffic.
In addiction, some vanilla trucks can be added to the traffic, with the option located on the loading menu.
If you add it to a already started game, the effect should take some minutes to be visible. On new savegames it will be since the begining.

• Hidden models: Ford F pick-up, Cadillac Deville, 1978 Pick-up and Lincon Towncar.
  
• Adjusted appearence years: Citröen Avant, Ford model A and Kim 10/50
  
• Truck added to AI traffic: DMG Cannstatt, MB 1912 truck, Opel Blitz, Saurer C, Gaz MM, MAN 19 and Isuzu TLD20.
