MISSABLE achievements / loot! (Spoiler warning)

I know this game is no longer for sale, and fully abandoned, but perhaps some folks decides to 100% it in the future.
Let's be honest, this is not an easy game since saves are limited and it's pretty dark everywhere, making things hard to spot.

There was an achievement with the clocks i missed in my first playthrough, and took me effort to dig up what is going on. Getting these three most likely you don't have to repeat the game, also yields loot, that helps in harder times. I don't think any other achievements are missable.
I got Walkman, That Smell and Nothing Behind when i entered the forest, i think because collecting reverything is no longer a requirement.
I Like Folk, People , it is also a missable by collecting documents in the forest, DO NOT miss any! They are in obvious places you have to visit anyway, it took me 20 minutes to find all.
Apprendice of Botany is a hidden achievement for some unknown reason, but all you have to do is to craft 5 healing potions.

Nothing Escapes Me
This is the first missable achievement. After solving and leaving the cemetery underground via elevator, there is a key hanging on the right side of the once-closed gate. It is just right after we are moving out of the elevator.



Move out.



Take the key and gain achievement!
The key is used to open a closed mausoleum in this area a bit further to the elevator's generator, at the right corner. There are some documents and supplies, but nothing crucial, i missed to open it in my first playthrough, yet it is advisable to obtain.



I Like Folk, People
Also missable!
Collect documents around the forest. They are in places like on the tree next to the path where you entered, big brick building, forest cemetery fence, in the shack next to the guest house, etc. I have no pictures for these, but they are pretty hard to miss.
That Neither I Believed!
After leaving the forest, you find a huge church. Enter, and crawl to the middle moving to the other side between benches, on the left side you will have to move upstairs, where small rooms are.
In one of the rooms, you will have to solve puzzle to progress your game, that puzzle requires papers to find, BUT they also used for this hidden achievement.



Rotate both hands of all three clocks to 6. (6:30)



Like this. You will hear a mechanism that opens a secret wall in the other room. You get the achievement, as well as some supplies and two paper sheets, which is super cool.
