Faceless Void is one of the best initiators out there. He is effective in mid-game and also late game if he gets decent farm. Once you get the hang of it, it'd be easy landing a 5-man chronosphere. This build can be used for an offlane/safelane but can be decent enough for a mid lane. Enjoy :P
