Witch low violence fix

Beskrivelse
Witch disappears when being dealt explosive damage type and -lv launch option is active. This addon fixes that.

If you suspect this addon causes conflicts with some other addons let me know in Bug reports discussion.

Honestly, this bug is helpful in realism since valve did a dummy decision to add resistance to witch that it's almost unkillable

I don't know if this a bug but the chainsaw range doesn't seems registered sometimes. There's nothing wrong with your mod I'm just reporting this problem and might be interested of tweaking it.

V I love -lv and I specifically don't use it because it despawns the Witch, so this mod is kind of a life saver.
