PLEASE NOTE: The artifacts only appear with FidelityFX enabled, but without FidelityFX enabled, you get 10-20fps basically everywhere. This at least brought me up to 30-40, but at the cost you see. Also, without it enabled, the game is REALLY blurry and disgusting looking, even at 1440p resolution and Epic settings.
