The Chester F. Carlson Metrocenter YMCA was built in 1983 in downtown Rochester, NY. For several decades it had served as a community, fitness and early learning center. Activities included aerobics, swimming, sauna, handball and racquetball courts, gym and an indoor track. Due to fiscal troubles during the pandemic the Metrocenter YMCA has chosen to limit all future operations to Childcare and Early Learning services.


10x8 Tiles, Unique Building
Main structure is 16M tall.
Due to the accessibility ramps this asset works best on very flat terrain.
Rename the asset in-game if you would like to remove the YMCA signage submesh to make the asset more generic

LOD => Tris: 219; Textures: 128x128 _d, _i, _s
The main model textures are shared for both these assets and are also shared with several other buildings in the Kodak series.
