Welcome to this guide, adventurer.

If you are reading this guide today it is indeed because your AION account you used to peacefully slay innocent mobs on is blocked. What a shame, isn't it?
You had the horrible surprise to see that your account is blocked but you do not know how to unblock it?

Well, it is a matter of a few minutes before you can hop back on your loyal steed and slay mobs around Atreia.

Unblock your account

Sign in the AION website

↣ Go to the AION official website[en.aion.gameforge.com]
↣ Sign in with the blocked account information. [top right corner, 'Sign in' button]

ATTENTION! Check out this advice by the Aion Game Support before logging in.

Congratulations! Your account is now supposed to be successfully unblocked!

What if my account is still blocked? / What if these steps did not work?

If you still have no access to your account,

The only thing you can do left is open a ticket on the AION support website[aion.support.gameforge.com].

You will need to create a specific account for the support website if you don't have one already. I highly recommend to use the same email and username as your account (if you have multiple accounts, use the email/username of the account you mainly use).

After logging in/signing up, click 'Contact support', fill the needed information and describe the issue. Don't forget to tell everything you tried so far. Wait for a reply and follow their instructions.
