The goal is to increase Weaver's attack speed in intervals that guarantee his Geminate Attacks occur in consistent intervals maximizing the ability's up-time. In addition to this goal I have researched cost efficient damage items to work in conjunction with the plateaus in hopes that it allows the player to fight earlier.
