Repair Tweaks

This mod tweaks the repair system for better QoL, rather than removing the durability system entirely. Changes include: Basic blacksmithing tools can repair equipment up to level 10. Advanced blacksmithing tools can repair any level of equipment, but only restore 30 points of durability. Basic and ultimate blacksmithing tools restore 60 points of durability. This fixes the problem of advanced blacksmithing tools (one per week from a talent) being useless in the late game. Advanced blacksmithing tools could be used to repair low total durability equipment for spellcasters. In addition, the first level of the talent March has been renamed 'Logistics' and now reduces repair costs by 50%, stackable up to 80% with the Blacksmith talent.
