A refurbishment of Renfe's 448 series. The main differences from its original are a new cab design, the removal of First Class and Cafeteria sections, along with 4 of the 6 toilets, automation of doors and better accessibility for disabled people (including a Universal Access Toilet). The main goal of the refurbishment plan was for the trains to be better suited for their new role as Regional & Medium Distance trains.

This mod includes 3 liveries: Regionales, Media Distancia & New MD.
