Also there appears to be some flex in pistons, so say your stacking 4x pistons in a cross to make a "stronger link", they should all be facing the same direction to avoid them giving phantom forces trying to push or pull inwards/outwards..
(Example, all 4 facing up instead of 1 up, 1 down, 1 left, 1 right
This makes me very happy, not only for obvious reasons, but also because it corroborates my empirical measurements (repeatedly adjusting by trial and error then checking alignment by eyeball).
My estimated LG piston min distance: 2.34
actual (2.5m - 0.158463): 2.341537
My estimated LG piston max distance: 9.840
actual (10.0m - 0.158463): 9.841537
so in both cases, I was 1.537mm off...
And I still got Klang XD
Or it's a scam, damn I hate being stupid.
