@TurtleShroom, it's funny how you think the mere presence of some colors arranged in stripes is somehow "cultural imperialism". that's as insane as saying the mere presence of an american flag is "cultural imperialism".
any rational person couldn't care less about flags, unless it outright represents a malignant ideology like the flag of Nazi Germany. the likely reality of the matter is that you simply hate being reminded that the spooky alphabet people exist, because you're irrationally disgusted by them.

Don't download it if you do not like it, and if you're bothered, that is absolutely a you problem that nothing beyond your sensitivities, cares about. Consider the irony you've placed on yourself, all because you can't control your own arrogance.

The people that download this also are the ones to almost certainly complain about cultural imperialism. How ironic that they cannot see that they, and this banner, are the ultimate symbols of forcing one's "culture" on others.
