Step 1: Locate Your Bejeweled Twist Installation Path
You can find your installation path by doing the following:

1. Right click on Bejeweled Twist in your library
2. Hover over "Manage"
3. Click "Browse local files"

The installation path should look something like this:
Step 2: Right Click "BejeweledTwist.exe" and select "Properties"
Upon doing so, you should see this screen popup:
Step 3: Head over to "Compatibility"
Upon doing so, you should see this screen popup:
Step 4: Check the Box "Run in 640 x 480 screen resolution"

Once doing so, hit "Apply" and "Okay"
Step 5: You're done!
That's it! Now you can launch the game normally through Steam and the game should be running normally! Please keep in mind, the game WILL be running in 640 x 480 resolution. Although the resolution is small, it gives a more nostalgic feel to the game! Happy Bejeweled-ing :D

There is a fan-made patch to get full 3D acceleration back and run in higher resolutions without this workaround.

That's got it! Thank you so much. The last time this happened, I gave up in disgust and uninstalled permentantly.

In addition to the above you need to
Check run as administrator
Disable full screen optimization

This worked for me using Windows 11
