No, I did this a week or so after release, and made it a "Gen-lab" room with an emergency exit, which was the bulk of the base, by the rear. I also did a lot more technical and creative work in my base. Definitely not the first, and I doubt I was either.

The exploit at 2:13 really show cases why people aren't playing much right now. They are so many people abusing it many don't even know it is a game exploit.
