Cerebral's Districts Rework: Vanilla

This Mod acts as a rework for the main 5 "Buffing" Districts within Vanilla, as their impact is minimal, especially when considering how they handle their buffs within memory.
Instead, this mod gives those Districts "Ribbons" which they produce per week, all of which have different effects.

Granary Changes
Adds +4 Food Stack Limit (Does Not Apply on Provision Screen)

NOTE ON THE REQUIRED MOD
This mod will require any mod which increases the amount of Provisions displayed on the Provision screen. Whilst Void's mod will work just fine on its own, mods like Sunward Isles (or even Mafe's Provision Expander) will also work.

Training Ribbon (Stack Limit: 4):
User: +5 Acc, +10% Prot (Quest)

Performance Ribbon (Stack Limit: 2):
User: +25% Stress Healing Dealt, +2 Speed (Quest)

Yellowhand Ribbon (Stack Limit: 1):
User: +10% Scouting Chance, +15% Monsters Surprised Chance (Quest)

Athaneum Ribbon (Stack Limit: 4):
User: +15% Blight Chance, +15% Debuff Chance (Quest)

Altar Ribbon (Stack Limit: 2):
User: +15% Healing Received, +10% Stun Resist (Quest)

NOTE: Incompatible with "Better Outsiders Bonfire Description"
With Void's permission, its functionality is folded into this mod as well
