Empire master engineer submod for sigmar's heir's

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
add's the empire master engineer agent to the province recruitment for sigmar's heirs allowing you to recruit them while using the no vanilla recruitment submod. Also added upgrades for each provinces hand gunner's units found in master engineers. let me know if i missed a unit of hand gunners

I have a small issue with "The castellan-engineer" quest being added multiple times (I have like a 10 of them active (even if I finished the first one). If fix is too time consuming maybe just make this quest abortable?

Could you update this mode to incoperate Sigmar's heirs Range units into Empire Master Engineers Units Buffs? since they seemingly aren't able to Apply to Sigmar's Units,

if you want the upgrades found in empires engineers to be given to each provinces unique hand gunners then you need this mod otherwise no you do not need this mod, no vanilla recruitment is NOT required

no vanilla is not required you can use this mod without it
