RE4 Remake H&K MP5A5 with "Biosensor" Scope (CS:S MP5)

A German sub-machine gun found locked in a laboratory Freezer Room in Resident Evil 4 Remake, is the Heckler & Koch MP5A5, known as the "LE 5" in-game. The MP5 for some odd reason, doesn't come with ironsights. It does however, have a picatinny rail mount to allow attachments of optical scopes. The 3 round burst trigger group and a retractable stock identifies it as an A5 variant.
The Biosensor Scope appears to be based off an Aimpoint CompM2, but heavily modified with a thermal system.

Heckler & Koch's MP5 chambered in 9mm, a classic sub-machine gun based off the G3 battle rifle weapon system, but in a more light and compact size. Still used all around the world by law enforcement, armed security, military and special forces despite being 60 years old in design. Many different variants are made to suit different needs and requirements. However, issues in penetrating body armour saw a major drop in MP5 use in favour of SBRs (Short-Barrel Rifles) chambered in rifle rounds.
