This can be easily achieved on level 30 where there is an endless supply of fish.

This achivement is easies to obtain on the levels after level 30 where the floor is lava.
Just make sure to have a squad of six characters and that no one has the "cold feet" perk.
Start a game and then wait until the whole squad is dead then repeat it.
For faster dying use two player mode, then two squad members will die at once.

Congrats you have a friend
Set up and play a two player game on your computer. This will require a XBox 360 or series X/S controller. Once it has been conected to your computer you will be able to activate player two.
