I got the last flag! Thank you so much for helping. Now I only need the Eli and Nell fight that I dont know where happens besides having 100% the map

I think you need the 6 flags but I unfortunately don't remember the location of all 6. The climb challenges don't give you flags so Fern's isn't bugged, you usually get trinkets from completing climb challenges.
Have you gotten into Living Quarters from the upper connection? There's a flag there and it's one of the most tricky. It's right below the first shopkeeper / teleport / save combo room, after beating Ameli (the 1st Titania piece in a regular playthrough).

Hey! Do you remember where is Juni's climb challenge? I'm missing one flag but I dont know where it is. I had 5 flags before I did the Fern one and didn't get a flag. Could it be a bug?
