As this game is fully released now, and quests are being changed every update I should be able to update this guide slowly.
The section that I'm going to work on before any others is the quest section. The rest will come later.

Heroes

How to deal with Fatigue

You can deal with heroes' fatigue by sending them to a tavern. During this time their fatigue goes down but that hero also becomes unusable for the time being.

Quests

As of the release of the game, (well really a few patchs before its release) the whole quest system got changed.
Now the player no longer chooses what town they want to help and quests now effect every town that is following the player's kingdom.

@Wicked001 the quest system kept changing so much I gave up on updating this, at the point this was made, the stuff listed actually showed up in the game. To tell the player how good their choices were, but due to the over the top amount of changes to some systems none of the stuff is valid anymore.
Already done two half baked play throughs just to play with the combinations to see check what works and what does not.

Note on the next update to this guide which should be this week. Will be the few quest types I have played with and the supplies needed to do them decently, the approachs will be added at a different time.
