This guide is (probably) spoiler free

I highly recommend doing a first blind playthrough then do a second one to finish all of the remaining achievements

First playthrough: Blind. My only advices are to (1)bring Iksel and Cordelia with you on gathering and (2)go to the Dark Woods, Miracle Forest during the middle of Year 2, Month 11 and (3)get Pamela ASAP

First playthrough Overtime: Craft OP gears and get 1 million Cole.

Second playthrough: Get all of the other achievement. Get True Ending + every Character Flags

NPC will have their Front Request, upon completion will raise your Friendship Level with them. The Friendship Level increased is dependent on the rank of items given:

• D and C: 2
  
• B: 3
  
• A: 5
  
• S: 7

Thus, it is advisable that during Year 1, you only give them D grade items, reserve your best quality items for now. At the start of Year 2, you will have access to Seed and Garden. Now, use your best items to put your Seed to higher level. I recommend leveling them to Level 120 (or as high as possible) with traits Hand-Crafted and Cost on them.

With these seeds, you can now craft high quality items, which will make leveling up Friendship Level much easier.

Moreover, some time during Year 2, you will have access to Wholesale, in which NPC will sell items that you give to them. Put high quality frequently asked items (like Cannon, Polish Powder, Beast Statue, ...) here.

Furthermore, you can have them out on gathering with you. Every 3 days spent outside raise 1 Friendship Level

Note that you can only use Wholesale with shop owners that have Friendship Level of 25+
Raise your Friendship Level with Iksel, Tiffany, Hagel and Pamela (Get her ASAP)

Also, you can also ultilise Hom to craft high quality items.

As long as you frequently check Front Request, you will have more than enough time to get all of the ending.

Pretty straight forward. Finish the required Assignment to get the achievement.

Obtained by defeating one of the dragons




First, please consult this chart for making the best pre-overtime equipments to fight bosses. I think Salary over at GameFAQ made this (correct me if I'm wrong). I changed a few things to make it easier. With this, you will be able to breeze through most of Overtime Bosses. I recommend doing this during Assignment 12 if you have time or right when Overtime starts.

Second, save before fighting the bosses. Even with these OP gears, you will still get stomped if they decide to use their stronger attacks

Third, during Overtime, use your skills 100% of the time. Your normal attacks will not cut it against normal enemies. Wholesale some Mind Water to recover MP

Demon Hunter
Obtained by defeating a demon at Night's Domain.
Pretty easy by simply getting your equipments from Esty.

Location: Deepest Floor of Night's Domain


Destroyer
Obtained by defeating Iron Giant at Orthogalaxen.
Extremely difficult for 1st playthrough. Do it on your 2nd playthrough.

Location: 2nd last floor of Orthogalaxen


Ancient Champion of the Sky
Obtained after you defeat the wyvern that rules the skies.


Location: Last Floor of Orthogalaxen Depth


Lord of the Demonkin
Obtained after you purify the demon lord.


Location: Deepest floor of Machina Domain


Emperor of the Deep
Obtained after you defeat the Ozean Kaiser.


Location: Demon Area of Abyssal Tower

Year 1 Festival. Should be quite easy. There are more than enough cabbage for you to harvest. Make sure you empty your inventory before hand so that you can collect the cabagges without having to discard items from your inventory


The Ghost & Teddy Bear
First Pamela Event


*Important*: Do this ASAP, preferably right after you have access to The Catacombs.

Shortly after the start of Year 2, Astrid will tell you about The Catacombs. Go there and collect a teddy bear (At the first Area there is two exit, go to the further one from the entry to reach the teddy bear). Shortly after getting the Teddy Bear for a few days, an Event will play and the achievement will pop


To the Lake
"Rorona goes to the lake with everyone" Event (booba)


Time: At the start of Assignment 7, it will take 7 days so make sure you completed all of your requests
Requirement:

• Pamela opened her shop
  
• Lionela's friendship > 20
  
• Cordelia's friendship > 30

Hom and Kitten
"Hom and Kitten" Event
During Year 2, Month 7. Almost impossible to miss


Slicer

Year 2, Month 10. Gio will come and visit you and ask you to help him. Agree to help to get this achievement.


Drunken Tiffani
"Drunken Tiffani" Event


As you level up your friendship with Ms Tiffani, there will be her events at the Sunrise Cafe. There will be two such events at around 40 and 60 Friendship Level. View the 2nd event to unlock


Martial Master
Win the Martial Contest


Year 2 Festival. Quite easy. If you go out often and beat every enemy on every Area and upgrade your weapon accordingly, this will be a cakewalk

Character Flags are events needed to unlock an ending. I will assume that you watch events as soon as they show up (Press RB regularly). I will only include events that require Rorona to do something to trigger them. For example, events that show up as you level up your Friendship Level or events that occur after an Important Event will not be mentioned because you don't have to do anything to trigger them (beside leveling up the Friendship Level)

Make sure you get the required Friendship Level for the Important Event to trigger during their time or else you may miss them

For NPC ending, you need to fulfill the requirements of both the Basic Ending and their Character Flag

Normal Ending
Obtained by seeing the Normal Ending image.


Requirements:

• Total Assignment Star: 94+
  
• Select [Keep Studying] -> [Anyone except Lionela or Tantris]

Good Ending
Obtained by seeing the Good Ending image.


Requirements:

• Town Popularity: 80%+
  
• Select [Keep Trying] -> [Anyone except Sterk or Iksel]

True Ending
Obtained by seeing the True Ending image.


Requirements:

• Total Assignment Star: 100+
  
• Town Popularity: 90%+
  
• Select [For Everyone] -> [Anyone except Cordelia and Gio]

Important: Since you can choose ending, getting the True Ending will also unlock the Good and Normal Ending. I highly recommend getting the True Ending, which will help you to unlock all the characters ending and it is not that difficult either.

Basic Ending Requirement: True Ending

Friendship Level Required: 60

Making Up
Obtained after the event where Rorona and Cordelia make up.


As you play the game, you will notice these very high reward requests that only require very basic items. Complete 5 of them to get the Character Flag

Important Event:
After completing 3 of such requests, there will be a scene at R&T Sundries (Friendship 60)
After completing 4 of such requests, fail a synthesis on purpose and you will make a gem, which will be given to Cordelia in a scene.

Note:
Completing these requests will lower your Town Popularity (-5%)

There is a long drought of these requests in the middle of the game. For me, I completed two requests in the first half of Year 1 and the last 3 in Year 3. Do not be worried if you can't find such requests, they will appear eventually


Cordelia Ending
Obtained by seeing the Cordelia Ending image.


View the above Character Flag for Cordelia. At the end, choose [For Everyone] -> [Cordelia]

Basic Ending Requirement: True Ending

Friendship Requirement: 60+

Gio Ending
Obtained by seeing the Gio Ending image.


Important Event: (Make sure Sterk is not injured at this point)

Agree to help him during Year 2, Month 10 which give you the Slicer achievement

Year 3, Month 1: There will be a scene with Sterk and Tiffany talking

After a few weeks, Gio will ask you out to him with something. Accept this to get the Character Flag

At the end, choose [For Everyone] -> [Gio]

Do this before triggering Sterk Ending Event

Basic Ending Requirement: Good Ending

Friendship Requirement: 60+

Busy Cafe
Obtained after the event where Rorona helps out Iksel.


If you have Iksel in your party, there will be events with him as soon as you enter a new place in the World Map. There will be 9 of such events. View all of them. Events will be unlocked after viewing 3, 6, 9 of such events. Watch the one that trigger after seeing 9 of such events to get the achievement.


Iksel Ending
Obtained by seeing the Iksel Ending image.


View the above Character Flag for Iksel. At the end, choose [Keep Trying] -> [Iksel]

Trigger Gio Flag before Sterk

Basic Ending Requirement: Good Ending

Friendship Requirement: 60+

Honorable Injury
Obtained after the event where Sterk gets injured.


Important Event:

Year 1, Month 10: You will have an Event with Sterk about his job, which trigger another Event with Esty (Friendship 30+)

Year 2: Buy Sunny Crystals from Cole. After a while, an event with Pamela and Cole will occur. After that buy Sunny Crystals from Cole again. Ster Highland will be unlocked

Year 3, Month 1: Sterk will warn Rorona about the dragon in Ster Highland. Take him to fight the dragon. This will trigger the Character Flag and the following achievement


Sterk Ending
Obtained by seeing the Sterk Ending image


View the above Character Flag. At the end, select [Keep Trying] -> [Sterk]

Basic Ending Requirement: Normal Ending

Friendship Requirement: 60+


Puppet and a Girl
Obtained after the event where the puppets get fixed.

Important Event:
Year 1, Month 9: Return her wallet

Year 1, Month 10: Watch her performance

Year 2, Month 3: Go out with her for an Event, which trigger an Event with Lionela at the Workshop (30+ Friendship)

Year 3, Month 2: With Lionela in your party, go to Traveler's Way. Go between different area and eventually an Event will occur (randomized) (60+ Friendship)

Year 3, Month 5: Go to Town Square to see Lionela, whch will trigger two further Events

Iksel Ending

Duet
Obtained after the event where Rorona and Tantris play music together.


Year 2, Month 1: Meet Tantris

Year 2, Month 4: Complete Assignment 5 with 3 Big Evaluation Stars, go out with Tantris in the party and an Event with Meredith and Tantris will be triggered. (30+ Friendship)

Year 3, Month 1: Event with Meredith at Sunrise Cafe, which is followed by another Event a few days later (70+ Friendship)

Year 3, Month 4: Tantris will require Rorona assistance. Complete this and the achievement will pop (80+ Friendship)

Tantris Ending
Obtained by seeing the Tantris Ending image.


View the above Character Flag. At the end, select [Need to study more] -> [Tantris]

Endless Search for Marriage
Obtained after you help find Esty's love.


Basic Ending Requirement: True Ending (not too sure, True Ending to be safe)

Requirement: Finish all of Esty Front Requests (she will ask you to a party after you finish your last Esty Front Request)

At the end, choose [Go out with Esty]

Astrid Ending
Obtained by seeing the Astrid Ending image.


Basic Ending Requirement: True Ending

Requirement: Finish ALL character Event Ending / Complete their route

At the end, choose [Work for master...]

Pie Master Ending
Obtained by seeing the Pie Shop Ending image.


At first, you will learn the recipe for Plain Pie. Make a Plain Pie with 80+ Quality to obtain the next Pie recipe book. Then make those Pie with 80+ Quality to unlock further recipes. Continue this until you no longer received more Pie recipe and the ending will be unlocked. One of the final Pie is the Gold Pie

Adventurer Ending
Obtained by seeing the Adventurer Ending image.


Basic Ending Requirement: True Ending

Requirements:

• Complete Cordelia's Ending Event (See Cordelia Ending Section)
