Shower bullets get energy of falling when they do, so this is what it supposed to be. :P
I didn't even know about damage reduction over distance in PBS.
I feel I may be one step closer to solving the greatest PBS mystery "Why I deal 0 dmg with dual pistols even on power mode and even at point blank distance when under -90% firepower debuff". But something still missing...
