1. Find the options.ini file. On Windows, this is usually in C:\Users\%username%\Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Repentance. Overwrite the value of EnableDebugConsole to 1. Save and close the file, then launch the game.

2. Begin a run as any character, then open the console. Usually this is done with the grave (`) or tilde (~) key.

3. Type
and execute the code. Repeat this at will up to ten times; any more than that will have no effect.

4. Exit the run, and begin a new run with the desired character. By the effect of Eden's Blessing, you will start the run with up to ten random items. Furthermore, so long as the console is not used again, the run will be considered legitimate by the game and will be eligible for achievements.
